At Pro Stock Hockey Sticks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; however, due to the professional nature of our inventory, returns are only accepted on unused products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom orders and sticks that have been taped, cut, or used in play are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your hockey stick or equipment is in its original, unused condition with all factory labels attached and has not been modified or taped.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in its original shipping box or a similar protective container to prevent structural damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package at the designated carrier; once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
