What exactly is a 'Pro Stock' hockey stick?
Pro stock sticks are manufactured specifically for professional players in leagues like the NHL and AHL. They often feature custom specs, reinforced builds, and unique blade patterns not available in standard retail stores.
Do these sticks come with a manufacturer warranty?
Because pro stock equipment is intended for professional use and sold at a significant discount, they generally do not carry a manufacturer warranty. However, we inspect every stick for structural integrity before shipping.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 days depending on the destination and customs.
Can I return a stick if I don't like the curve or flex?
We accept returns on unused sticks in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Once a stick has been taped, cut, or used in play, it is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
How can I tell which pro player the stick was made for?
Most pro stock sticks have the player's last name or a specific identification code printed on the shaft. We include these details in the product description whenever the information is available.
